Shipping Policy

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS First-class Mail for all continental U.S. orders without minimum required purchase. 
  • Weight based USPS rates are available for Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Please allow 72 hours for order processing and 3 – 10 business days for USPS ground delivery.
  • Shipping fee for International orders varies by destination. For any questions regarding orders outside the US, please contact us first at support@us-organic.com
  • Please note that any orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be considered as being placed the following business day.
  • If you don’t receive your tracking number within 2 business days after your placing an order, please contact us via Contact Us page and request your tracking number.
  • USPS plans to end Saturday delivery. When it does, please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
  • We charge an $12 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer’s error. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $12 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
  • We do NOT request or require a signature for any deliveries; however, it is solely up to your delivery person’s discretion whether or not to leave the package without a signature.

 

Return Policy

  • US Organic Group Corp strives to offer our customers a quality shopping experience and services.
  • We do not charge re-stocking fees.
  • However, if your purchased items are not shipped to your destination, or you are not satisfied with quality of products, please e-mail us at 
    support@us-organic.com immediately so we can resolve this issue as quick as possible.
  • US Organic Group Corp accepts returns with any reasons but return request should be made within 15 days from the date you of sale.
  • Unfortunately, shipping charges may not be refunded; it is determined on a case-by-case basis and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The actual shipping charge may be higher than our flat rate initially charged.
  • The returned merchandise will be credited to YOUR CREDIT card minus shipping charges.
  • Wholesale orders may not be REFUNDABLE unless agreed in writing prior to purchase. International orders may not be refundable unless agreed in writing prior to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, and CREDITS.
